The semi automatic horizontal partition control system can provide unparalleled convenience. Manually move each wall panel to the required position
(1) After connecting the contact inserts on the vertical surface of the wall panel, each time with the precise required contact pressure and excellent stability
(2) The sealing strip will automatically extend within 5 seconds
(3) In case of power failure, the sealing strip can of course also be operated manually.

● Standard Operating System: Manually move the wall panels and automatically control the sealing.
● Partition Thickness: 105mm. It can be equipped with AN50# medium-sized automatic turning rails and pulleys, or heavy-duty automatic turning rails and pulleys, as well as AN700# conventional turning rails and pulleys.
● Partition Base Panel: Medium-density fiberboard, multi-ply plywood or fireproof gypsum board with a thickness of 18mm.
● The maximum height of the partition can reach 18,000mm, and the width of each single partition can range from 850mm to 1,600mm.
● Partition Sound Insulation Coefficient: CTC 47 decibels to STC 55 decibels. Fireproof Coefficient: 1.5 hours.
● Partition Top and Bottom Support Methods: There are two options, namely one-time toggling or laminated continuous rocking, which can adapt to the height deviation of the construction site ground or the deflection of the load-bearing steel structure above the rails to the greatest extent.
● Laminated Continuous Rocking Top and Bottom Support: It can be equipped with a jack device. After being jacked up in place, 30% to 50% of the partition's own weight can be unloaded onto the ground, which is very suitable for projects where the load-bearing structure on the upper part of the partition is insufficient.
