Traditional fixed walls are difficult to adapt to the rapidly changing spatial functional adjustments, and conventional partition products have problems such as insufficient aesthetics and long installation cycles. For this reason, when the insurance company informed us of the specific design requirements, our company quickly convened a technical team for discussion and proposed a modular intelligent partition solution. In order to ensure that the vertical folding soundproof partition wall can be folded smoothly and takes up almost no space when closed, our professional design team uses mathematical calculations and simulations to generate a unique and perfect solution. When designing this vertical folding soundproof partition wall, we not only consider the practicality of the wall, but also take the original interior decoration style into consideration and integrate the wall system into it. After many communications with the customer, we finally determined a design that meets the requirements and is in harmony with its decoration style.
Materials
In order to provide customers with the best quality products, we use the highest quality materials, from a screw to the internal materials of the product, all of which are carefully selected. Each steel material is subjected to a precision extrusion molding process, and the cross-sectional tolerance is controlled within millimeters to ensure structural accuracy. The surface of the material is anodized to form an oxide film, and the acid and alkali corrosion resistance is greatly improved compared to traditional ordinary steel. From raw material melting and casting to finished product assembly, it has undergone multiple quality inspection processes to ensure that each product can withstand the test of millions of times of use. We use the strict standards of aerospace engineering to create a reliable barrier for commercial space.
In response to the demand for large walls with a length of 13.8 meters and a height of 3.82 meters in the high-rise office area of Yongcheng Building, we use innovative designs to meet the flexible needs of modern offices and maximize the value of space. Whether it is precise adjustment based on the actual size of the folding soundproof vertical wall or the selection of specific materials based on special needs, we will do our best to meet customer requirements. Multi-functional area reuse is achieved through dynamic separation to reduce the occupation of fixed space.

With the great help and seamless collaboration of the vertical folding telescopic wall construction team in Yongcheng Building, the vertical folding movable wall project was successfully completed. This vertical folding soundproof wall has a novel design concept and exquisite craftsmanship. The intelligent control system reduces the cost of manual adjustment, and the modular design reduces the loss of later transformation.
In terms of sound insulation performance, its efficient sound insulation technology effectively blocks the intrusion of external noise, with a sound insulation performance of 62dB, ensuring the privacy of independent space. The super-long wall segmented installation process shortens the construction period to 1/3 of the traditional method. In terms of appearance design, we use pure white aluminum alloy material design, which strengthens the corporate innovation image to a certain extent and becomes the iconic space highlight of the building.
