In renovation project for an art gallery, installed a modular operable wall system that significantly enhanced the flexibility of the exhibition space and improved the overall display experience. The gallery itself was spacious, but due to the diverse nature of exhibitions and the frequent need for layout adjustments, the traditional fixed wall systems could no longer meet the evolving needs of the space. To address this, provided a tailored, efficient, and flexible solution with temporary sliding movable wall system.
Once installed, the system provided an effective "room-in-room" solution, allowing the large space to be quickly divided into multiple independent exhibition zones. Multiple exhibitions could run concurrently while maintaining the privacy and integrity of each section. Each movable sliding partition wall could be easily operated by hand, sliding or folding effortlessly to accommodate different display layouts—whether for small artworks or larger installations.
Top-hung design for the retractable soundproof walls, which meant no bottom tracks were necessary. This ensured a smooth, seamless sliding motion, saving space and contributing to a minimalist aesthetic. The absence of visible tracks also helped maintain the clean, open look of the gallery. When the collapsible partition walls were no longer needed, they could be easily folded and neatly stored, restoring the open space for future use.
