This movable partition features a dark brown, wood-grained finish, smooth panels, and is constructed from high-quality HPL. Its sides feature ultra-thin aluminum alloy frames, ensuring sufficient support for the panels without compromising the aesthetics of the wall system.
This operable partition system can be folded and deployed with a single hand. Thanks to the ceiling track system, silent universal wheels slide effortlessly within the track without getting stuck. All partition panels can be retracted and deployed according to the designated parking positions for each application, minimizing space waste and maximizing space utilization.
The panels' sides are secured with a mortise and tenon joint design, ensuring their integrity. The sides are operated using a tool provided. Upper and lower rubber strips are manually rotated to extend and press against the top and bottom ends, securing the panels and preventing sound from escaping, enhancing sound insulation.
"Because we're completing the wall system project before the interior renovations are complete, we prioritize formaldehyde emissions to ensure smooth completion of subsequent work." Manager Ouyang raised the issue of environmentally friendly materials during the project discussion.
Daitachi delivered a perfect answer to this question. All materials undergo rigorous testing, allowing the panels to be installed and used immediately. The recyclability rate reaches 85%, and the formaldehyde emission level meets the E0 standard (≤0.050 mg/m³), ensuring safety even for extended periods of indoor use.
