During the summer of 2018, we completed a project for a manually operable partition system for hotel private rooms. For this project, we worked with a long-established Dongguan hotel. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel was struggling with limited space. Ms. Li, the hotel manager, approached us and said, "We saw your information on social media and viewed your website and product, and we thought it perfectly matched our vision, so we immediately contacted you for the project."
Upon receiving the project notification, our professional design team immediately began designing based on the actual data provided by the site. The hotel's space is limited, so the private rooms are also small. However, overly cramped spaces can make diners feel uncomfortable. After consulting with Manager Chen from the hotel's food and beverage department, we designed a number of private rooms that would accommodate the hotel's traffic flow, and we proceeded to the next step.
Because the hotel boasts a long history and a charming Chinese interior, the paneling was designed with the hotel's styling in mind, making the panels an integral part of the interior, rather than a prominent feature. The panels feature a low-key gray-brown base, accentuated by a hollow brown stripe pattern, creating an overall Chinese-style atmosphere that complements the hotel's existing private rooms.
This movable partition is a highly practical product, featuring relatively thin panels. Available in melamine, glass-magnesium, or steel, it can be crafted into exquisite finishes. It is also lightweight and easy to operate, allowing even female staff to easily maneuver the panels.
To maintain the integrity of the space when the panels are stored, the panels utilize a ceiling-only track design. This allows for flexible operation, allowing for flexible space division. A built-in retractable mechanism securely secures the panels between the ceiling and floor, preventing movement and ensuring safe movement.
