With a semi-automatic movable partition system, we can divide space as needed, creating new areas and functions. In this project, we incorporated an ultra-high semi-automatic Movable Partition Wall into the hotel's ballroom. "Our ballroom is quite large, accommodating over 200 people. For smaller events, it feels too spacious, so we wanted to design a tool that allows for adjustable space to assist with our hotel event operations," said Manager Deng, the hotel project client.

This semi-automatic Movable Partition Wall was designed in accordance with the hotel's existing decor. The beige panels match the carpet color. The benefit of using a monochromatic color scheme is that it visually expands the view. Even when the panels are combined, the space maintains a cohesive feel, eliminating the feeling of being cramped.
The height of the panels is also customized to the ballroom's wall height. This optimal height not only ensures the panels' stability but also ensures a seamless connection with the ceiling, enhancing their overall aesthetics.
A single ceiling track supports the entire weight of the panels. Each panel is equipped with two silent universal wheels, ensuring smooth gliding into position without disrupting hotel operations.
Our design team also considered sound insulation, installing multiple layers of soundproofing material within the panels. This not only isolates but also absorbs some sound waves, achieving a soundproofing rating of 48 decibels. Even with high crowds, simultaneous banquets can be held on both sides without interruption.
